Set along the rugged coast of Maine, Brooklyn and Kiefer's wedding weekend unfolded with seaside charm and deep intention from start to finish. The celebration began with guests hopping aboard a trolley to the rehearsal dinner at Pepperell Cove in Kittery, Maine where everyone cozied into an intimate evening. Bold, colorful details, delicious food, and heartfelt toasts filled the space, reflecting their for each other and their guests. The thought and care reflected how they live and love in their everyday lives and it was really special to be a part of. The room was filled with lots of laughter and later the couple welcomed more guests for drinks and dessert downstairs. The night before always set the tone for the weekend ahead, and theirs was such joy.
Wedding day and salt in the air, Brooklyn and Kiefer got ready with their bests at the beautiful ViewPoint Hotel in York, Maine. After slipping into her dress, Brooklyn headed outside and had the sweetest first looks with both her bridesmaids and husband to be Kiefer, grounding them for the day ahead. Sweeping coastal views with iconic Nubble Lighthouse as the backdrop and classic blues and whites brought that timeliness New England elegance. B+K shared in the most special ceremony, the aisle lined with the most gorgeous texture and colors of florals by FasInFlowers, and officiated by the bride's brother which made it extra special. Cocktail hour (and the lobster rolls ) into reception flowed effortlessly. More classic white and blue tablescapes full of texture and color. First dances under warm wicker light, these two and their guests were all smiles.
After a delicious meal by the White Apron, we headed out for sunset on the oceanfront terrace. Brooklyn and Kiefer really wanted to play with the property so we stopped at a few places along the way. They ended the night cutting into the most amazing classic four-tier white wedding cake with ruffled piping and a vintage topper - just one of many sweet and deeply intentional details and nod to the timeless style and life they are building together.
